  7.     Apparently, news of the changing political realities in
  8. Eastern Europe has not fully registered on Vietnamese
  9. officials. Citizens can still buy week-long "friendship tours"
  10. of various East bloc countries for only $200. According to a
  11. story making the rounds of Ho Chi Minh City, 37 tourists
  12. recently left for Czechoslovakia. They must have liked what
  13. they saw there, because only seven of them took the return
  14. flight home.
